Effective date: April 24, 2026. This launch policy explains how Next Level Empire handles information for Omni Browser. It will be expanded as the product and legal program mature.

We collect account information, workspace details, billing status, product usage events, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate Omni Browser. When you use browser-agent sessions, artifacts and session metadata may be stored so you can review results, troubleshoot runs, and manage your workspace.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, secure accounts, process payments, deliver support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate product updates. We do not sell personal information.

AI and session data

Omni Browser may process prompts, page content, artifacts, and session events through AI and automation providers so the service can perform requested work. Do not submit sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so.

Security

We use encrypted sessions, access controls, and operational guardrails designed to protect user workspaces. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.
