Refund Policy

Effective date: April 24, 2026. This launch refund policy explains how to request billing help while Omni Browser is preparing for wider release.

Subscriptions

If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests case by case based on account activity, usage, and billing history.

Credits and power packs

Credit purchases are intended for immediate product usage. If a technical issue prevented use of purchased credits, contact support with the account email, charge date, and a description of the problem.

Starter Trial

Starter Trial card setup is used to activate launch credits and should not create a subscription charge. If you see an unexpected charge, contact support immediately.
